Ms. Rodgers is a frequent contributor as a seminar presenter on employment law issues for the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and National Employment Lawyers Association, Mass. Chapter, and Suffolk University, Continuing Legal Education, as well as having giving talks to American Bar Association, and Associated Industries of Massachusetts and from 2005-2006 Rodgers was Program Chair for Continuing Education programs for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (organizing 7-9 programs per year).
